It was an overall great stay! Highly recommend if you need a spot near the beach or a nice spot just to hang out. The house was spot on just like what the description says about it. The host is super reliable on whatever was needed and the communication was on point.

Jamie's place was absolutely perfect for our family (including 4 little kiddos). Everything was clean and laid out nicely. She provided very detailed instructions and responded right away with any questions or concerns. I would definitely recommend.

Great cozy spot for two families with small babies that is us. The house came with so many activities The kids did not feel the need to even leave this wonderful home. The check-in process was easy, parking was plentiful onsite, backyard was immaculate. The host, Jamie, provided clear instructions around home and great recommendations to the surroundings. Would definitely come back and visit this place again!!

Jamie was an exceptional host. She made sure to detail the ins and outs of her home in a detailed and user friendly document. She provided a wide range of amenities which made our stay with 6 children in Oceanside so pleasant AND peaceful. We were truly bummed to leave but couldn’t be more grateful for such a lovely place to stay while we were there. Thank you Jamie! God bless !

Lots of places advertise as “kid friendly” but this actually was! There were toys and books for indoors & outdoors! Nothing had splinters or felt unsafe for kids at all!!! The swings were a special favorite ❤️ and the kitchen had everything! Blended pancake batter from scratch, cookie sheets! Everything we needed was there!

Had a great stay here as part of an non-profit org retreat with 5 others. The place was easily accessed, clean, tidy, and thoughtfully designed. Jamie was very proactive and responsive with messages throughout the stay. The check out instructions were very clear and simple without having us do a ton of things that the cleaning fee should always take care of. I highly recommend this Airbnb for families and small groups.
