✔️Street sweeping takes place on 2nd and 4th Wednesdays from 9am-2pm. Kindly refrain from parking your vehicle on the street during these times to avoid receiving a parking ticket. ✔️The Gardner and pool staff visits every Wednesday and has permission to access the exterior of the property. ✔️Additionally, the maintenance person will be taking out the trash cans to the street on Mondays and bringing them back on Tuesday afternoon. No access to the backyard. ✔️Please note that the fireplace in the living room is currently non-functional. ✔️ Hot Tub and Pool rules Guest Responsibilities Always remove the cover fully before using the hot tub or pool, as entrapment can occur and children or objects beneath the cover may not be visible. When not in use, please replace the cover to help maintain water cleanliness and ensure safety. Assumption of Risk Use of the hot tub and pool carries inherent risks including slips, falls, heat-related illness, and other hazards. You accept all risks, known or unknown. Health and Safety Use the facilities responsibly. Guests with heart conditions, blood pressure issues, respiratory problems, or pregnancy must consult a physician beforehand. Avoid alcohol or medications that may increase risk. Supervision of Minors Children under 18 must be supervised by a responsible adult. Children under 5 are not permitted in a hot tub. Adults are fully accountable for minors in their group. Prohibited Conduct No horseplay, diving, running, or glass containers. Excessive noise or disruptive behavior may lead to termination of the rental agreement without refund. Liability Waiver The property owner and management are not liable for injuries, illness, death, or personal property loss.
