Our house is conveniently located between Orange County and Downtown San Diego. 5 min to 5 freeway to hop on to either direction! Where to go : * 5 minutes - Oceanside Pier, Beach, Oceanside downtown with tons of restaurant options. California surf museum, and Top Gun house * 5-10 minutes - Camp Pendleton, SoCal Sports complex, Go Jump Skydiving * 10-15 minutes - Legoland, Mission San Luis Rey, * 35-40 minutes - San Diego Safari Park, Seaworld, San Diego Zoo, Balboa Park, and Petco Park * 50 minutes -1 hr - Disneyland
House Rules
Quiet time is from 10PM-8AM. Strictly enforced by city of Oceanside. No parties. No loud music at any time. No smoking/vaping inside the unit. No pets of any kind. No unregistered guests. Max 8 overnight guests are allowed. Guest will be charged for an amount to pay for what it costs to replace/repair damage plus labor costs. If a guest violates any of these rules there will be a $100 violation fee per occurrence. For pet violation, the fee is $150 per night per pet. Fireplace in the living room is currently not working. There are security cameras facing outside and noise monitoring device on deck outside. (There is no camera or recording device inside the property).
